The aquarium was super crowded because a)it's a small space and b)there were school excursions as well as visitors (even though it was a Saturday morning). The announcements were hard to hear and we exited the aquarium without finding the feeding area - and then weren't allowed to re enter. Wouldn't recommend

The trip to KL Tower was amazing. We get to see bird's eye view of KL city from Sky Deck. We even took pictures in Sky box. Even though I'm a bit afraid of height but it was worth it. Aquaria was great too. So many marine creatures to see and learn about their fun facts. There was even shallow ponds that you can dip your hand and touch the fishes. We truly enjoyed during their feeding time. It was funny to see the staff pushed away this sneaky turtle who kept trying to steal food. Overall, the trip was fun and memorable. Booking online was definitely the best choice as you can skip the queue and enjoy your time there.

The ticket experience was smooth and rapid. We saw lots of fish, jellyfish, manta, sharks... It was nice. Just the pictures for souvenirs are so so expensive! They should offer alternative products like magnets, key chains... Less expensive and more people will buy. In my country we have lots of products available and less expensive, so lots of people buy it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pay RIN 140 for one Pic!!!

The experience was centred around learning, conservation and appreciation for the fish and other sea creatures, and not showcasing tricks/big animals that belong in the wild. Tanks and enclosures were all well maintained and clean and aquarists treated them with care from what we saw from feeding and diving checks. All staff members we spoke to (including ushers, feeding time speakers and photo crew!) are knowledgeable and were happy to help identify species and teach us what we couldn't find out from the information cards by the tanks, which is a huge bonus for curious minds. Overall a fun learning experience for anyone into marine life and will definitely visit again.

Chose this platform because I can skip the queues instantly (i bought right before going also, no reservation) and I went in straight (Aquaria does verify your ID before going in, so prepare for that). It's a self-tour visit, and my teenage guests finished the whole thing 40 mins but I've definitely spent up to 2 hours here. I would say that there are some upgrading works currently (Apr 2024) so if you wait a few more months, you may get full experience!

Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.

Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free.

The entire visit was nearly coordinated at every step and the staff were absolutely professional. They provide guidance at every step and corner. Since it was night and there were powerful lighting everywhere in the towers good and clear photo snaps could not be taken due to reflection. Would prefer a time before sunset. Overall it was good experience.

Fortunately, it did not rain. We printed the ticket and they easily scanned the qcode. There was very little line also because they are very well organized with groups. Beautiful view with sunset !!!

The date on my ticket was incorrect and it was for when we had returned to UK! I had tried to get a refund or date change whilst in Kuala Lumpur but I was advised it was allowed?! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a very bad impression for us tourists, we will never be using headout again to book anything. I have also warned others!

I think it should be told if you book for 8:30 that ur not able to collection 1 minute before hand which quite ridiculous. Also the lift attendants were rude to paying guest. Beside those issue at the start dinner was good. Also when ordering drink the server kept telling us it's not free and the cost more then two times which I was find rude as if we could afford to be there.

I was called at 9.20pm the evening before the event and told that instead of 6.30pm, my booking for 2 was being changed to 8.30pm. The caller insisted that the original booking could not be kept and hung up. I called the next morning around 10am, was told the same information, and that the venue could not be contacted for 3 hours. All this time, my email and online bookings remained at 6.30pm. I received a call from the manager of the venue at 12.20pm, and he advised me that there would be no problem and we could keep our 6.30pm booking. When we arrived at the venue, the manager personally came over, introduced himself and apologised for the phonecall and Aurelius change. He advised that a large group of 150 rowdy patrons had booked, and that may have been why we were being shifted. The restaurant was more empty than full at 6.30pm, and was only just starting to get busy when we left around 8pm. We will definitely visit KL Tower again when we visit again, but will book directly and don't intend using Headout ever again in the future.

The ARAS Restaurant is awesome. The buffet looks very good, the food tastes great and the view ist wonderful. Staff is very friendly. The tables turn around the buffet. It's visible but not too fast. Unforunately we could not book a table at the window but taking pictures was still possible. On the Observation Deck, the view is the same. It's more worth spending time at the restaurant ARAS.

The revolving restaurant is a great idea. Seeing all of the city light come on and the Petronas Towers with an uninterrupted view at night was fantastic. Paid for a window seat but was then told that it couldn't be ordered on line so got scammed there. The food selection was massive but not authentic Malaysian so for people who don't like spices and flavoursome food it is probably brilliant. The restaurant staff are amazing.

The only problem was the lady bringing us to the table. We had booked a window table and a lot was empty. But she kept on saying in an unpleasant tone, that we couldn't get one. We then said we would leave, which got her to fetch the manager and he made us a window table, even one of the luxery ones with room for six. The real waiters was so polite and helpfull. Hard for an European, that you cannot get a beer or a glas of wine to the fine food, but we understand it is of religious reasons.

We loved everything about this place; from the point of booking on line the buffet dinner; the information center at site; and the most lovely thing was reaching to the restaurant at the height of 250 meters. Indeed; without exception all staffs were professional; talanted and well organized. At the restaurant; the staffs; all of them were very polite and very cooperative. They want to serve you by all means that can make you more happy and comfortable. They have genuine feelings towards everyone. The buffet was perfect; many types of food; not able to count how many however; many varieties suits everyone including vegetarians. Fresh food; delicious and has got an irresistible taste; my goodness; forget about the salads; fruits and sweets. Alot of food and you can eat as maximum as you can. The panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city at night has got different meanings from that point; can't be compared or forgotten. Indeed; a very nice and beautiful experience; no way you can miss it if you're heading to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend for all family members, at least once in life. Many thanks to everyone involved in the booking; and all the rest of the procedure. An amazing experience started at 1830 hrs and ended at almost 2230 hrs; no way we can forget it. Highly appreciating such arrangement; with reasonable price.

Not a boring moment, the staffs are very helpful especially providing a wheelchair for my elderly mother in law to move around the place, she thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits, that makes our day.

I was a bit disappointed as our bus ended early. The reason given was because of traffic. This meant that we were unable to use our Aquarium tickets as we had planned to get off at a dedicated stop on the route but the bus stopped at stop 6 meaning we were 4 stops short. There was not enough seats on the bus and we had to stand so we did not grt a good view.

Kuala LumpurAquaria KLCC Tickets

Explore Aquaria KLCC: Kuala Lumpur's marine marvel

Nestled beneath the iconic Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Aquaria KLCC is a marine sanctuary that draws travelers and marine enthusiasts from around the world. Home to over 5,000 aquatic creatures, it showcases the richness of underwater biodiversity. A must-see is the 90-meter-long transparent tunnel, which offers an ethereal walk surrounded by sharks, rays, and other marine wonders. This guide will help you navigate ticket options, essential information, top attractions, and tips for an enjoyable and educational visit!

Things to know before booking Aquaria KLCC experiences

Basic entry vs. combo tickets: The standard Aquaria KLCC ticket grants access to all exhibits within the aquarium, including the popular 90-meter underwater tunnel and interactive zones like the touch pools. If you’re interested in visiting multiple attractions, combo tickets offer significant savings and include entry to other popular spots like the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, and Sunway Lagoon.

Skip-the-line access: Many combo tickets include skip-the-line access, allowing you to bypass potentially long queues at both Aquaria KLCC and partner attractions like the KL Tower or Genting SkyWorld. This is especially valuable during peak tourist seasons or weekends when wait times can be lengthy.

Timed entry considerations: While standard entry tickets provide flexible access, some combo tickets (e.g., Petronas Twin Towers) involve timed entry slots. It’s important to be punctual, as missing your slot could result in forfeiting your visit without a refund. Plan your day accordingly to ensure you don’t miss any scheduled times.
