Plan your visit to the Petronas Twin Towers

The nearest stop is KLCC. Take the B114 that starts off at Maluri Bus Station and goes towards Titiwangsa Bus Station. You have to get off at Suria KLCC Mall that’s very close to the towers.

By taxi: Regular city taxis and app-based taxi services are readily available. Ask the taxi to drop you off at the main foyer entrance or at Suria KLCC Mall from where you can access the Towers. 

By car: The Petronas Twin Towers are easily accessible by road. If you are driving up to the site, you can park at Suria KLCC Mall or at one of the nearest parking bays in the KLCC areas. Parking fees start at RM 5 for the first hour.

• The Petronas Twin Towers are wheelchair accessible and the site is equipped with facilities like ramps and lifts. 
• Complimentary wheelchairs are provided at the landmark. 
• Bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. 
• At the exhibits, audio recordings can be useful for those with a visual impairment. 
• Special needs assistance is provided to those who request it in advance.

• Restrooms are easily accessible on all levels of the Towers. 
• Luggage drop-off and storage facilities are available at the check-in counters. 
• Prayer Rooms are available at various levels. Follow the signage or ask for assistance.
• A gift shop stocks up on memorabilia and souvenirs that remind you of your trip to the Towers. 
• Postcard services are on offer and you can mail your family and friends your memories from your trip to the Towers.

• Visitors under 12 have to be accompanied by adults. 
• Tickets are usually not refundable nor transferable. 
• Outside eatables and drinks are not allowed during the tour experience. 
• Smoking is prohibited. 
• Large bags and even strollers have to be checked in and cannot be taken into the center.

• The Petronas Twin Tower tickets are best purchased online since you will have the flexibility of choosing your timings. 
• The Tower organises 36 visitor sessions per day and each session accommodates 40 people. Since entry is limited, make sure you get there on time or you may miss your chance. 
• Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing since you will be touring a few floors.
• Photography is allowed only in designated areas.

• There is an Observatory Deck Gift Shop on the 83rd level. Here, you can find Petronas Twin Towers-themed knick-knacks and souvenirs to take home. 
• Magnets, miniature models, ceramics, T-shirts, snow globes and postcards are all up for sale. 
• There is a similar Gift Shop at the Concourse Level of the building.

While there are no restaurants in the building itself there are plenty of eating options around the landmark. 

• Suria KLCC: A six-storeyed retail store that’s at the foot of Towers, Suria KLCC is home to restaurants, cafes, and bakeries serving a range of cuisines. Popular dining options include Starbucks, Yuzu Japanese Restaurant, TGI Fridays, Madam Kwan’s, Chakri Palace and Chili’s. 
• Menara 3 Petronas: For more upscale options, head to Menara 3 Petronas (Petronas Tower 3), where Marini on 57 is popular for its panoramic views and its chic bar menu. There’s also Marble 8 Steak House and Dining for ravenous meat lovers.

Since the Petronas Twin Towers are located in central Kuala Lumpur, you can choose from wide-ranging stay options.
