Ive been to the park. The best is getting discounts to the enter park. Wish can have bigger discounts. I think what would be even better is to have as many theme parks on your list as possible with special rates. And to keep interest going is updates on special vouchers on parks, and cash back or points system to be exchange for other park visits.

It was great fun with 6 different parks inside with one ticket where 2 Water parks takes the top spot of all 6 of them. I would recommend taking express ticket along with entry ticket which will skip the queue and can try all the rides and things with the time you have rather than waiting in queue for most of the time.

Came across Headout while searching for tickets to Sunway Lagoon. Headout prices were the cheapest so booked tickets without reading reviews. Was a bit worried later after reading all the negative reviews but everything went so well with our booking I don't get the reason for all the negative reviews. We didn't recieve our online tickets until 2 hours after I had paid for them. Sunway would not let us in, until we had the virtual tickets emailed to us. Even though I had paid for them and I had a reciept. Both the workers at Sunway and myself tried to contact Headout, but no one would answer the phone to recitfy the situation. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I understand that Headout is a third party, however we were directed to them, through the Sunway website. We had paid for a ticket until 11pm, but were informed that the park was closing at 6pm due to Ramadan. So we missed out on most of the activities/rides. This information should have been specified when we purchased the tickets. An extrememly disappointing experience - however - staff at Sunway were fantastic and there were no ques. Which made up for the frustrations at the beginning of the day. My advice - purchase tickets well before you go to Sunway and contact the staff at Sunway beforehand, to make sure you understand when they are closing or any information you may need to know on the day.

My children was rejected from entering the venue due to our ticket is not valid.i call the Headout customer service team for 7 time and every time the staff ask me to wait for 15-20 minutes but not 1 of them solve my problem.I have waited for more than 1 hour but no solution.Then i ask for ticket refund so that i can buy new ticket from the counter and until today i haven't recieved any email or call to arrange for the refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

1- The water park was ok even though they let me buy the skip the line ticket, whereas I was alone and so I had to wait a long time for someone agree to do it with me for a lot of attractions. They could have just been honest and told me there was no point in buying it! 2- The wild park was a disgrace! The lions and tigers seemed to be completely drugged, some of their fur was injured and torn off. Their cages were so tiny, it was really very very hard to see, I had tears in my eyes. A disgrace!! 3- All the attractions in the amusement park were closed because of the rain and when the rain stopped even after more than 2 hours dry they never re-open. Conclusions DON'T GO! The pool was nice but you can find it wherever you want. Do not participate in this mistreatment of animals.

Before my trip, I bought a reservation ticket for the Petronas Twin Towers in Japan, and at the same time I bought an admission ticket for KL Tower. The purchase procedure was easy, and there was no problem with the printed admission ticket to enter the Twin Towers, but at KL Tower, I forgot to download the headout app, so I responded locally. I managed to get in safely. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE FEW TAXIS IN KUALA LUMPUR CITY, AND MANY PEOPLE SEEMED TO ARRANGE A CAR WITH UBER, SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WAIT FOR A TAXI AFTER VISITING KL TOWER. I regretted that it would have been better to make a reservation after sightseeing at the hotel.

Awesome attraction. My dream come true to visit the towers. Tye lifts could have been more spectacular. Maybe an out door lift for paying guests. Plenty of time during the visit to look around and take pictures. What was amazing too was the that the telescoppic viewer was free. I thought you would have to pay for it but nah! It was free. Definitely recommend this site.

The entire visit was nearly coordinated at every step and the staff were absolutely professional. They provide guidance at every step and corner. Since it was night and there were powerful lighting everywhere in the towers good and clear photo snaps could not be taken due to reflection. Would prefer a time before sunset. Overall it was good experience.

Easy access. Just print the tickets once payment made h brought it to the enterance. Wish i could have just shown the email of tickets purchased or its qr code so i don't have to print it as a group of 5, i printed individual qr code ticket in an A4 paper. In the Aquaria KLCC the entry personnel denied my entry due to i was a tourism and i have to bought a difference tourism Aquaria entry tickets. But after debate and i told them i bought through online and the tickets booking was notified that i wasn't a local all charge was as such and been paid for. After standing for about 30mins finally my family allowed to enter. Other than this there no other issues. Love the KLIA Express it pressty convinience.

The trip to KL Tower was amazing. We get to see bird's eye view of KL city from Sky Deck. We even took pictures in Sky box. Even though I'm a bit afraid of height but it was worth it. Aquaria was great too. So many marine creatures to see and learn about their fun facts. There was even shallow ponds that you can dip your hand and touch the fishes. We truly enjoyed during their feeding time. It was funny to see the staff pushed away this sneaky turtle who kept trying to steal food. Overall, the trip was fun and memorable. Booking online was definitely the best choice as you can skip the queue and enjoy your time there.

I like the level 2 part. Where we see open aquarium with shark and all kind fish. But wish the air conditioning work. It's was too hot. There was a lot people and it's make it's too hot. At the duration just not take much time. Just spent few minutes at there. Like not with the money.

1- The water park was ok even though they let me buy the skip the line ticket, whereas I was alone and so I had to wait a long time for someone agree to do it with me for a lot of attractions. They could have just been honest and told me there was no point in buying it! 2- The wild park was a disgrace! The lions and tigers seemed to be completely drugged, some of their fur was injured and torn off. Their cages were so tiny, it was really very very hard to see, I had tears in my eyes. A disgrace!! 3- All the attractions in the amusement park were closed because of the rain and when the rain stopped even after more than 2 hours dry they never re-open. Conclusions DON'T GO! The pool was nice but you can find it wherever you want. Do not participate in this mistreatment of animals.

There's nothing very interesting compared to the Malacca zoo..more just the pandas... Most animals are skinny. Too pack of pounds is the reason for unattractiveness. Many places can not be passed... Maybe next time go not during the public holiday just satisfied ... parking is quite pathetic.... far ... roadside.... phone charge rm10...

We loved the simplicity of the booking system and that there was a reminder email with tickets attached just before we went. The price was competitive, and with the extra discount felt the day was good value. Subway lagoon has something for everybody.my family particularly liked the water slides. It was a good way to see parts of the city but is flawed by not embracing technology for ticketing and information. With online ticketing there would be no need to good to station 1 to retrieve our 24 hour ticket. The guide was ok but the narrative was bland.

For the sunway lagoon tickets, the ticket pdf was corrupted when uploaded to the app and email. They also seemed to be an older version/ wrong version of the ticket required for sunway lagoon. however the support team manage to get things working so all was fine in the end :)

The buses are really really old and dusty and rickety and everything is clickety-clackety. Seats were literally broken. Like entirely detached from the floor bolts and just lying on the floor. Overcrowded with tourists blocking every inch of window space (because they are standing) I don't know how you guys let overcrowding happen in a double decker bus.... isn't that against safety standards? No queue management at the start point. Anyone can cut the queue and get on? What about the people who came first?

Came across Headout while searching for tickets to Sunway Lagoon. Headout prices were the cheapest so booked tickets without reading reviews. We didn't recieve our online tickets until 2 hours after I had paid for them. Sunway would not let us in, until we had the virtual tickets emailed to us. Even though I had paid for them and I had a reciept. Both the workers at Sunway and myself tried to contact Headout, but no one would answer the phone to recitfy the situation. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I understand that Headout is a third party, however we were directed to them, through the Sunway website. We had paid for a ticket until 11pm, but were informed that the park was closing at 6pm due to Ramadan. So we missed out on most of the activities/rides. This information should have been specified when we purchased the tickets. An extrememly disappointing experience - however - staff at Sunway were fantastic and there were no ques. Which made up for the frustrations at the beginning of the day. My advice - purchase tickets well before you go to Sunway and contact the staff at Sunway beforehand, to make sure you understand when they are closing or any information you may need to know on the day.

I really enjoyed how easy I could hop of and on and visit the places I liked most, very convienent and a good way to see much in a short time. Only con is that we got stuck in a traffic jam in the afternoon which is normal in KL but very annoying. Also, the bus driver didn't want to let me out of the bus eventhough it was a perfectly safe location to let me out and the bus was waiting for the traffic light.

Ive been to the park. The best is getting discounts to the enter park. Wish can have bigger discounts. I think what would be even better is to have as many theme parks on your list as possible with special rates. And to keep interest going is updates on special vouchers on parks, and cash back or points system to be exchange for other park visits.

My children was rejected from entering the venue due to our ticket is not valid.i call the Headout customer service team for 7 time and every time the staff ask me to wait for 15-20 minutes but not 1 of them solve my problem.I have waited for more than 1 hour but no solution.Then i ask for ticket refund so that i can buy new ticket from the counter and until today i haven't recieved any email or call to arrange for the refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
